Return Policy

We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our delivery guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

 Delivery Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Please include gate codes so orders can be left near your residence.  We will not leave orders outside of a gate.  We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

No weekend deliveries available. All orders are delivered on Tuesdays or Fridays, no exceptions.  The order placing cut off is Monday at 4pm for Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm ET  for Friday to receive delivery the same week.

Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.  If a refund is issued we will be prompt, but please allow 10 (business) days or more for the refund to be processed through our online store and your payment company.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied for canceled online orders.

Ordering Policy Orders can be placed 24 hours and 7 days a week via www.milkpailfreshmarket.com. For security purposes we do not accept order information via email. 

Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 1pm ET the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and Freshness All products shipped from Milk Pail fresh market are delivered fresh from our farm. 

Please refrigerate or freeze those products requiring it immediately upon receipt. Products must remain refrigerated or frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt of order. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and if properly stored will remain fresh and delicious.
